The Dockside Experience

The real-life world of commercial fishing is the setting for your next get-a-way adventure to Brooks Dockside. Whether you’re stopping by for a bite to eat at the food truck, shopping for wild-caught fresh seafood in our Market, or just want to see for yourself what goes on when a real long-line fishing boat arrives back from the Gulf, unloading fresh fish before going to market. We’re easy to find along the Withlacoochee River in Inglis, Florida,  just off US Rt. 19 in Florida’s Nature Coast.

The Fish Market

In our Retail Market, we offer a variety of fresh wild-caught seafood,
including Red Grouper and Snapper, which we catch. We also offer Stone
Crab, Sea Scallops and Key West Pink Shrimp. Our fresh Cedar Key Clams arrive every Thursday. We offer house-made Smoked Fish Spreads, Glen’s Dockside Salsa, and if you’re feeling a little adventurous, try our Bottarga! In our retail reach-ins, we offer Catfish, Swordfish, Yellowfin Tuna, King Crab, Snow Crab, and more – all wild-caught.

The Food Truck

At Brooks Dockside, we serve a variety of Gulf wild-caught seafood directly off our boats, which we unload on our docks and come directly into our food truck. Doesn’t get any fresher than that! We serve Grouper sandwiches – your choice of Fried, Grilled, or Blackened – Shrimp Baskets, Crab Cake Sandwiches, Deviled Crab Rolls, and more! Follow us on Facebook for our Weekly Specials!

There’s no better launching spot to the Withlacoochee River than right here next to Brooks Dockside. You’ll enjoy its beautiful winding river under a canopy of oaks, saltwater marshes, wildlife, and the Gulf of Mexico. After a day of kayaking, canoeing, or fishing, you can take advantage of our food truck with delicious fresh food.
